About Caafimaad+

One consortium, nine mandates, a single line of response.

Five international and four national organisations pool expertise, staff and supply chains so that assistance arrives where individual agencies cannot reach alone. Decisions sit with a Consortium Steering Committee of country directors; delivery is coordinated day to day by the Consortium Management Unit in Mogadishu.
National members hold the community relationships and access negotiations. International members bring technical standards, compliance and donor reporting. Both are represented in every technical working group.
